Getting started
What happens to your money, what you have to do, and the parts that cannot be undone. No developer required.
You do not need a developer to read this page. It covers what happens to your money, what you have to do, and the two or three things that cannot be undone.
How you get paid
A customer pays from their own wallet straight into yours, in one transaction. We are not in the middle. There is no balance page here because there is no balance — the money went to you, not to us and then to you.
That has one consequence worth understanding before anything else: we cannot reverse a payment, and we cannot recover one sent to the wrong address.
Setting up
- Create an account. An email and a password. You can build and test on that alone.
- Turn on two-factor. Required before you can authorise anything — your account can change where your money goes, so a password alone is not enough.
- Add the wallet you want to be paid into. You prove you hold it by signing a message. It then waits a day before it can receive.
- Add your business details. A name and a country enables live payments. No documents.
Your settlement address is the one thing to get right.
Every payment goes there. If it is wrong, or you lose access to that wallet, the money is gone and nobody can retrieve it. Use a wallet you will still control in a year, and check the address character by character.
The signature and the waiting period exist for this reason. They also mean that if somebody steals your API key, they still cannot redirect your money.
What the panel shows you
| Page | What it answers |
|---|---|
| Dashboard | What is blocking me, and what has come in. |
| Payments | Every payment, and the exact terms that applied to each. |
| Settlements | What actually arrived: gross, our fee, and your net, with the transaction. |
| Subscriptions | Recurring charges, every cycle, and why one failed. |
| Refunds | What you owe and by when. |
| Settlement address | Where money goes, and how to change it. |
| Security | Two-factor, signed-in devices, and the emergency stop. |
Fees
Taken inside the same transaction as the payment. You never receive the fee and never pay it separately — your settlement is already net, and both figures are on every settlement record.
Converting one asset into another costs more than being paid in what the buyer sent, because it is a different service with different obligations. Same-asset settlement is the cheaper path and the default.
Refunds are work
This is the trade for not having your money held. Because we never received it, we cannot send it back — you do, from your wallet, and we verify it on chain. Refunds are recorded with a deadline and we chase them.
If you refund often, price that in. It is a transfer you make and a fee you pay to the network each time.
Tax
Every settlement records a fiat valuation at the moment it arrived, with the source of the rate. Most tax authorities treat receiving crypto as a disposal at that moment, so this is the number your accountant needs and it is fixed rather than recalculated later.
We are not your tax adviser. Take this to one.
If something goes wrong
The Security page has an emergency stop: it revokes every API key, ends every session and suspends the account so nothing new can be created. It does not reverse payments already on chain, because those were never ours to stop.
Reach for it if a key has leaked. Open the panel.
